Outstanding combo!

Camillus BuAer Emergency Pocket Knife for me today. Same as an Engineers Knife, but destined for emergency shipwreck kits during the war. This knife is beautiful in the extreme.

Thanks Buzz, and agreed that is one beautiful scout

Yikes! It's awfully hard to keep up here sometimes. My hat goes off to those of you who take the time to compliment everyone, I have a hard enough time scrolling and dropping a few likes now and then.

Some spectacular carries over the weekend and into today.

I'm rocking this duo yet again today.

I didn't think I'd get a chance to post this morning, but insomnia had me awake most of the night

Now in Reutte , Austria for a few days . Had lunch today at Der Andechser Heiltumsschatz . A monastery that does make some very nice liquid refreshment . Still have my old Ulster in my RFP .

Have a great time Harry

Thank you and your photograph of the Anchor knife is smashing !! Give ADEE a hello for me :)

Thanks Gev, will do :)

Nice choices Ken

Have a great visit Jack!

Thanks a lot Alan :)

Love that 66, Jack, and great photo!

Thank you Dean :)

Very nice indeed :)

Wow, great pair :)

Looks like you've got everything covered there :) Nice pic

@r8shell
I'm not home but 1/4" sounds about right. I tend to baby my knives but when the black coating on my D-D started to flake I took coarse sandpaper to it and never looked back. When people say knives are tools this is what they had in mind.

Dramatically different Douk-Douk, Alan!

... And, GT, just what kind of ancient weapon would you like me to (attempt) to make? :D
Oh, I was just kidding about getting in line WAY behind your offspring, Anthony! :D I like 'em all: slingshot, bow&arrows, boomerang, crossbow, catapult, geezer's cane/fighting stick!

...
Not too bad at dicing, but a kitchen knife would have been easier.

Overall it did ok. A kitchen knife would have been more efficient, but it did alright for what they are, handy little fixed blades.
Cool demo, Tom!!

This little trapper is one of my two most favorite knives. It's a regular in my pocket.

Nice one rockman0! I'm carrying a Lloyd today myself. It's been the "one" since I got it.

rockman and Gary, those are certainly laudable Lloyds! He does stag the way I like it!!

Weekend carry

Carrying the stag handled Chambriard Compagnon today ;)

What day is it??? Could it be Stag Saturday already? :p
Speaking of stag the way I like it, maybe that just means ANY stag!
The "cajun-blackened" stag on your Northwoods is spectacular, thefrank!:thumbsup:
And G2, that's irresistible stag on your Chambriard!:thumbsup:

that sure reminds me of my first knife , although i'm sure i had a clip blade. thanks for sharin/

Glad I could evoke a memory, Methuselah. ;) The old USA Imperials I have are some of my favorite knives. Your Old Timer (8OT?) looks fantastic!

Thanks GT. I love those two Sodbusters in particular today.
Thanks, Dschal. :)

This ebony #15 came the other day, haven't had a chance to carry it till now. Added to last years landscaping and had my #77 canvas barlow Friday and my Stag #73 when I finished up Saturday.

Congrats on the 15, Paul; your photo shows off the grain in the ebony. Your landscaping project looks first-rate, and I'm always thrilled to see your stag 73 (or any of the other knives from that "litter")!:thumbsup:

Thanks for the info on the Scout and the complement on the Edge Mark, Gary. The patina on your Lambsfoot looks to be developing very nicely!
...
Thanks, FBC, I can sure see why you're so partial to your rosewood lambsfoot! ;)

Mine for the day, courtesy of TJ's GAW. Finding I like it more than I thought I would.

Watch out, Tom!! That's a choice Case canoe, and could easily lead to an addiction! When I first got interested in knives, I happened to pick up a set of Rough Riders in 12 different patterns, and I decided to carry each one for a week to see how I liked them. I knew nothing about canoes, but that rascal stayed in my pocket for THREE weeks, and I currently own about 3 dozen canoes! :D

My non-Alox SAK this week is a basic Recruit:

Alox knife of the week is a Pruner (thanks, Ken):
