That knife is pure awesomeness!!A little knife spring cleaning.View attachment 709160
I think so too, my friend. I have grown to like the look since having a few like it. The old brass just looks cool. That Case just looks Choice as we used to say. Look like it would feel just right in the hand and it's a looker as well.Gev, that's a shame about that Pile side. But it just adds character and a little mystery to that great old Jack knife. I bet whom ever owned it treasured it even after that handle broke off!
Today I am totin' this little Copperlock with Yellow Delrin and CV. This makes for one really nice carry!

Such a diminutive knife for those wide open spaces stonebeard. I am carrying my SAK Classic in knife-unfriendly Chicago while on a 2 day business trip. The Classic had been my EDC for years before being seduced by all the lovelies on the porch. I am again reminded of its practicality, having already used knife and toothpick, and the way it melts into the pocket.
You'd best not go swimming, then.
Oh my goodness!Carrying an old Robeson barlow today...

The Catcherman lives in a pouch velcro'ed in the right hand holster pocker on mt 5/11 vest. The Cold Steel Mini-Pal serves as a zipper pull, the CRKT K.I.S.S. serves as a money clip, and the Leatherman Squirt is always in my watch pocket. These are not used when I reach for a knife but rather serve as safety and rescue tools.
Today I am wearing carpenter jeans. a bit roomier than my regular jeans so I picked out a larger knife to drop in my front pocket to handle the mundane cutting chores today. And of course a color coordinated lighter, a nice vintage Scripto...
