Superb!!!! Those Camillus-made Case scouts are wonderful knives. Extraordinarily functional tools, and a nice thin blade edge for easy cutting.

A hot day in the White Mountains. 90 degrees in May. Took only an hour hike, since it was so hot, and I'm still rehabbing after back surgery. Then some crowns had to be lifted.

The days we stain decks I tend to carry Micarta handled knives due to the solvent based stain we use.

Thanks, Peter. It looks like we have the same affection for well used knives. The dimensions are 4" closed and about 7/16ths thick. Here is a pic of the pile side.

Gt : The Hartkoph is Stag with a single Spear Blade and about 3.75 " long . Blade is stainless with no half / stops . Carried it and my Ulster as we made our way from Reutte to Salzburg .

That Kutmaster stockman is major-league, FBC!! I picked up a delrin model that looks very similar, but by the time I got it cleaned up, I discovered both springs were broken.
