What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

New here. Carrying this knife that was found in a field at my uncles house. Was told by a co worker that it could be an old Case. Not really sure as I don't see any markings. Any ideas from anyone?

Welcome aboard. I look forward to seeing that picture.

Exquisite ! What a joy to see

Thanks Gev, the Handy Hunter is a beauty and came from the collection of the late, Dave Shirley, whom ran the Custom shop for Marbles, when Mike Stewart owned it. I am surprised more people don't own Hartkopf's, they are built in a tiny shop with only a few skilled craftsmen, while utilized very old tooling. Claude Scott is also one of the nicest people in the knife world, and exquisite, craftsman.

I'm a broken record.

It's been a few years, and now I'm back. It's good to see that a lot of familiar people are still here as well as a lot of new folks. I took a little hiatus from bladeforums and knife collecting in general, but I'm back and rekindling my love for traditional folders once again. Here is one of my only two GEC knives that I currently have left, and it is probably my favorite pattern. In my pocket today is the Northfield SFO #85 easy open bullet end with a single blade and liner lock in African Blackwood. My other GEC is a 1st run SFO single blade TC Barlow in Ebony by Charlie Campagna (pictures to come soon).

GEC 98 camp knife cranberry bone. I have to find a new place to upload images so just imagine it on an oak tree or something southern.
