What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Great stuff Harry! That's gardens, you turn your back and they change:) But that's the beauty of them as you know. I have a Robot Mower for 4 years now and find it amazing, keeps the stuff in check when you're gone, silent, no stink or much maintenance or constant trips to buy petrol, no getting rid of clippings. Gives me valuable time for knife appreciation, having a drink and the vegetable side of gardening. Great small knife that too!

Thanks, Will
I can understand why you like your Robot Mower , but I actually do like to mow and I have about an acre of grass to mow . That would be too much for a Robot anyhow . Also , now that the grass is so wet and long , a Robot would not have the power to mow it .

Harry, I think you should get true Traditional! :D No robots, ride on tractors or engined mowers, get sharpening that scythe!:thumbsup: Failing that, a GEC 23 ought to suffice:D All the best to you, you have a fine garden they are a great source of pride and a healthy pursuit too.

Regards, Will

Nice Will! I continue to look for one.

The classic Vic red is so iconic, but those scales are just so awesome.

I have to agree. I'm a big ALOX fan, but this cover caught my full attention. I like how the phillips head looks like a gun or bomb on the front side. With size, weight, functionality, tool selection, stainless steel, construction, warranty, and electiveness - it may be the perfect edc pocket tool. I had to have two and there's another that's similar themed new on DLT's site.

I had to go all stainless steel, for the rest of the summer.

Two great knives, Kris! I don't carry my Quince Beretta but I should.

You really should, Gary, a extremely well made knife by Hattori thatis as close to the original that I have seen out of a production company. One thing I don't understand is why they didn't make a Loveless style sheath, the sheath that comes with it is nice, but has poor retention. If you don't use and enjoy it, someone else will after you are gone!

Beautiful morning here, big ole moose lumbered across the property early morning. These two fine knives are with me today,

Sean O'Hare Finback in his own damascus, 672 layers of O1 and L6, ironwood burl handle that is stunning in the sunlight; Boker lockback in book matched Imbuia and Rob Thomas stainless damascus and mokume gane. Sheath made for me many years ago, by the legendary, Paul Long
