It's funny, what some people would consider a flaw, I think gives that barlow character and makes it special.

Love those Buck Rangers! I bought one with a clip blade when I was 16 and it went on every camping and backpacking trip with me for 4 decades. Then it was inexplicably lost.

Today I've had this S&M Barlow in my pocket and this Gibson L4-A in my hand.

Randy, I'm rather flattered that a photo of mine could inspire you so. Of course I do not mind! A beautiful knife, paired with a most excellent guitar, makes for an exquisite picture. Very, very nice.

I've aspired to own a real Gibson for several years, and perhaps someday it will become a reality. In the meantime though, this Epiphone has served me rather nicely.
