What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

The cocobolo on this has darkened dramatically over the four years that I have had it

Here's what I've been carrying for the past week or so. I was lucky to find this #89 GEC with American Elk covers at a dealer last week. I'd love to see another run of these!

I was gifted one like it but in stag. Watch letting the clip blade slam shut. A lot of these will ding the backspring. Gary, G2, helped me out with a proper sharpening on it and he sent it back with a sliver of cork pressed down into the blade well. It stopped the backspring slap......

Thanks for the heads up! I TRY to close all of my knives gently, but certainly don't always succeed. I'm going to take it extra easy on this one. This is actually my 3rd #89 clip, but the first I've carried regularly. I hadn't even considered this concern.
