What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Lots of very fine knives over the last couple of days! The weekends don't usually see a lot of activity from me on the forums so a good way to treat the Monday blues is to get caught up on everything here whilst infusing myself with lots of that glorious beverage known as "coffee".

Carrying these two with me today, I can't think of a whole I can't accomplish with this duo. Well, aside from maybe popping a few bottle tops...

I haven't posted here for a week or so I guess I'm getting slack in my old age. I put this 77 Barlow in my pocket this morning.

Nice to see you Randy :)

Cool pic Dylan, hope you have a good week my friend

Carried the BF knife all weekend and also today. On Saturday I finally sat down with a water stone and did some minor re-profiling so I can touch it up on my Sharpmaker moving forward. The original edge was a little too obtuse for the 40 degree Sharpmaker setting to hit the apex. Here it is cutting lavender plants in the back yard yesterday.

Used this Imperial (that I dearly love) to fix breakfast, lunch, and supper today; rather than finding separate storage for this MOTS celluloid knife, I just leave it on the kitchen counter at all times!

Thanks for the couple of nods GT. Your Imperial is impossibly characterful!

Pombz, how are you liking the carbon fiber scales? The black fits the pattern perfectly, but I'm worried about cracking. At this point I'm thinking natural micarta.
Feels wonderful in hand. A sheer joy. The great thing about this knife is of course the ability to change scales at will. Having a set of burlap micarta made hopefully soon, just for changes of mood. :)
