What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

These two served me well this week. GEC Coyote w/Sangria Jigged Bone and GEC Calf Roper Jack w/Tortoise Shell Acrylic.

Had this Pal Blade Co camp knife with me while working on my latest project . All other knives , TEW , Camillus , Carving set , and Fulton Draw Knife were used but not carried .

It's an old term for a watch chain/ribbon that sticks out of your pocket to help retrieve your watch. In this case I mean lanyard for my knife. I seem to remember you posting a tutorial on how to make an interlacing leather lanyard you put on some of your knives. Thanks in advance Dave ! I remember it being in a thread that did not refer to it specifically.

That's called a blood knot. Always remember to work down, (top strand through bottom strand then new top strand through bottom strand). If I can be of more help don't hesitate to get ahold of me.

I'm carrying my 09 Case Humpback Whittler today. It's a great pattern but it was made it with a 3 spring construction which makes it a bit wide. I wish Case would make another run with a 2 spring construction.
