What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

These two today.

What is the knife on the left please? It looks pretty nice!

Today, I am carrying a vintage Case 6231 1/2 with gorgeous red bone. Well, actually, I have been carrying it non-stop since I received it on Monday. I haven't even had time to take any glamour shots yet.

Basic Camco Barlow, a gift from a forum member. Sawcut plastic scales, heavy patina all over, blade loss from sharpening...but I think it's the best cutting knife I own.

Mike Alsdorf is the maker. If you search the "exchange" you can find many different knives that Mike has sold here on the forums. Also, there is a thread on his knives here in this forum.

I've been getting some Christmas ornaments ready for the tree with my SBJ. I don't know if Case intended this pattern to be such a great whittler or not but it certainly is that and more.

Ken Coats Easy Opener with bomb shield. He made it for me awhile back. Great knife!

I've been carrying my '11 forum knife since it arrived, but decided to switch it up today and got out the two blade Sowbelly in D2.

Thank you Gevonovich of Texas. That is very kind of you to say.

I like your green bone Hen and Rooster... It's perfect! Those seem hard to come by these days.

This until I can get my 2010 forum moose fixed :( good lockback, great steel, just a little cold in hand when compared.

Just recently picked up a GEC powderhorn jack in ebony. This has been the knife I've been searching for...perfect blade length, feels great in my hand, 1095 carbon. I'm hoping to dress a deer this weekend with it.

Robert.B who made the knife in the picture? It looks sweet.
Thanx

It's a kershaw gentlemens knife, VG-10 steel and insanely tight tolerances (can barely see where the blade meets the back spring when open). Kershawguy a forum contributor has some on his site, they were discontinued last year so people have been snatching them up while they can.
