IMHO, that's a timeless trio of iconic knives you've got there, H&S!

Katie, bar the door!!!

That stag, that shield, those bolsters, that shape!!

Cory, you've got a ravishing trapper!

...
The #72 is a constant companion and the #66 rides back up in a side pocket. #76 Gunstock in the jacket.

j2s, unbelievable stag on your knives, and I enjoy seeing the "new" wedding band in so many of your pics recently; congrats again!!!

View attachment 789839 Love these case jack knives ! Case tested stamp on this rough black model . Strong snap !
Classic Case, Jfowler!!

Substantial spearpoint on that knife, Grateful!!

...
I am carrying a couple that have become regular inhabitants of my pockets as of late. The elegant Guardians Edition Lambfoot and the stout Churchill.
What do they say about great minds?
When you can't make up your mind, you carry more than one
What a superb pair each of you has, Dylan and lambertiana!!

"It was the best of times..."
P&G, your photos haven't been showing up for me lately (and I miss them).

I haven’t posted anything here in a week or so. Today I have been Totin this pair.
Wow, Ron, you know how to make a triumphant return - with fireworks!!

I was a dedicated Vic Pioneer and Farmer carrier before the Camillus saw scouts came into my life. I still love the Vics, but much prefer to carry the Camillus C4. It offers a far better grip, and has much more belly to the blade. It even has an actual 3D philips screwdriver and a secondary blade. The C4 is definitely worth the small investment. I think you’ll love it.
That's a very convincing sales pitch, Buzz!

Where do I send my money??

Jack, how often do you think you carry a pair of knives made in the current year??

It's obvious why you do so with knives of this quality!

Baby TC, Baby Buck, Full-sized Peanut.
Same, terrible coffee.
Terrific "tiny" threesome, Shawn!

I don't consider myself a huge fan of single-blade folders, but THAT is a knife to be reckoned with, Travman!

Who said stag is only for Saturday.

Those knives, that stag, those slips!!

Alan, you are barking with the big dogs, sir!!

View attachment 790068 Probably going to have to slowdown posting to this thread...pretty sure this is going to be my “ not in church” carry for a good long while! I can’t believe how one week with a knife can alter a lifetimes carry...
Hard to argue against that pair, Clay, especially with the nicely complementary black/yellow color scheme!

...
Usual suspects today, with the addition of a Lon Humphrey Muley.
Gary, the AGR Peanut and the shadow Lloyd are "supremamente bello"!!

(According to a Google Italian translator.

)
Coffin Jack! Pretty appropriate for All Hallows Eve I would say.

Gorgeous knife, SP!! All treats for you with that in your pocket, I'll bet!

... But a couple of days ago I decided it was time to go really traditional traditional and carry my 6318 medium stockman in peach seed jigged amber bone. I love the size of this knife and the feel of the jigging, the slim clip blade is a delight to use, and the sheepsfoot can be pinched open thus saving my nails, which seem to be getting more brittle with age.
THAT is an iconic jackknife, Ace!!

Happy Halloween everyone!
Dynamite dyad, Tom, and trading your stones for fallen leaves is a pleasant seasonal touch!

You are hard-pushed to find a brick and mortar hardware store in England these days GT, so many have closed down in the past 20 years

Glad to hear your rosewood Lambsfoot is earning its keep

Looking forward to seeing the pics. Thanks for the compliment my friend
I can still find plenty of hardware stores in my town, Jack, but almost none carry pocket knives!

That was a stunning shock to me when my knife interest was reawakened several years ago. The rosewood Lambsfoot is more than earning its keep; recent talk of knife of the year got me thinking, and that York Lambsfoot is certainly an early and strong contender for a number of reasons!

...I've decided to put away the Churchill today and go with a simpler pairing. As I was saying to Jack, these two styles go quite well together.
The glow in that horn is overwhelming, Dylan!!

... The Opinels are all carbon bladed. Only one has been used (so far) and getting its patina.
- Stuart
Nice Opinel, Stuart!!

I take it you didn't buy the set of Opinels last week and discover them this week!

That blade stamp goes back a ways, I'll wager!
Today's carry is a Kabar model 1047, a small half whittler from sometime in the 1970's (I think). Comfy in the pocket.

Kool Kabar 1/2 whittler, Stuart!

This year, I seem to have developed quite an affinity for smaller knives with blades on each end (and preferably one spring): half-whittlers, half-congress, mini copperheads, pen knives.
I apparently have put some tricks into my scheduled carry for Halloween week. My bailed non-SAK of the Week is a Marbles Workman camp knife that has NO BAIL

(thanks, Mike):
Canoe of the Week is a Schrade Wostenholm I*XL stag model (thanks, cchu):
Euro Knife of the Week is a carbon steel Opinel #7:
