Exactly. There's a thread of pictures of knives and musical instruments that always makes me extremely nervous when it comes up. It seems like it would risk both!

I met the owner of the Northwood brand when he had his shop in Oregon... He is a great knife guy. keep that knife handy and treat it well because they are rare indeed.
