What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Change of direction today. RR locking Mini Barlow in Armour Hide Bone. Very tight construction here, NO blade play in any direction, impressive.

View attachment 822279 Tomorrow will be my first day back after a 10 day vacation. I know I will be struggling to wake up early tomorrow LOL so a night shave it is.

I sometimes have to do that too :( Three passes with a Feather usually sees me through

Excellent pair, Jack!

Thanks a lot Barrett, I like the Unicorn Ivory #25 a lot my friend :) Same set-up again today, but with a vintage Carl Schlieper added - went out for a hike and it rained all day!

I usually try to take my daily knife pics in the wee hours of the morning but today the light had a bit of a pinkish hue to it... I blame it on the sun trying to peak through the morning fog as it pretty much spoiled my photography.

Take number two was done on my lunch break and the lighting was halfway decent (no weird pinkness). The slipjoints are residing in my pockets and the Fiddleback is in my pack. Actually, it is currently on my desk as I take advantage of a slow day and am working on a sheath design for it.

Happy New Year, everyone!

Sexy Fiddleback !!!

Sexy Fiddleback !!!

Thank you, Gev! I am very fond of this knife and happy that I could acquire it. I had the pleasure of taking it on a mushroom hunt a couple of months ago before it officially became mine and I was rather impressed with the knife. Not too big, not too small, immeasurably comfortable, it is just a superb knife all around.
