What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Some awesome looking pocket knives here lately.

I carried this one today. It has a solid tool like feel to it though a bit heavier than I like.

Is that a slip joint, Tom? Your pic shows up plenty big for me when I hover over it with the mouse pointer. That's just the way the forum attaches pictures. If you want them to show up bigger in your post, you need to use a photo hosting website and copy the IMG code to the post.

You also need to update your usergroup.

Been gettin' reaquainted with this old MOP LF&C Lobster with NS Tip Bolsters, only two blades with one bein' a file with what looks like a corn knife on the end and the other bein' a small pen, looks to be early 20s maybe, gotta love the internal srings, it make the knife look so slim and sexy.

I like to carry the watch and knife as a pair when I wear my Sunday gone to meetin' duds. :)

Nathan, that's a really sweet piece of pocket cutlery. I'm still carrying my $25 Buck 302. It worked fine for me today, but that one sure looks better. I'm sure it is better all around. I would love to come into one of Todd's creations one day.

You know Ed I think that's one of the great thing about traditional pocket knives. Cheap or expensive, when you've got a good solid knife it has it's own beauty. It may cost a pretty penny less than the Davison but that yeller Buck is mighty classy

I have one coming too. I will have to post up pics when I get it. I have to wonder if Ivory is harder to inlay? Either way, I can't be disappointed with mine. Its going to be a gift and any tiny flaws will be written off as character.

I'm not sure about how hard it is to inlay ivory, but I know there were definitely some issues with a few of them. Hope you get a winner Kevin. I hated to have to return mine as it just melted into my hand, but the replacement should be here today or Monday :)

This one today---it's a F.A. Koch & Co NY Jack. This one meausres 3 1/2 closed. I either start carrying these vintage knives of mine or sell em:o

This is a solid knife with great walk and talk...zero blade play and gorgeous bone handles.

The swedge on the main blade is cool, I tried to capture it with a funky photo---hope it shows:)

Paul, that Koch & Co. jack is fabulous. And those pictures are great. If it looks better in person, it's really a knockout!

That Buck 302 stuck me in my left index finger last night. Actually, I stuck the Buck 302 in my left index finger... :o

Anyway, today, I am carrying the mini copperhead. Mainly because I moved some papers on my desk and it was laying there under them, so I picked it up to carry today.
