Great looking pair, Rachel! Love the covers on the Boker.Even if you could sell it for more in the future, how much profit would it really bring? Enough to cover a house or car payment? Or more like a dinner in a nice restaurant? How much enjoyment would using it bring? I say use it.
I don't know if I'll live long enough for my new knives to look like this Boker, but I'm enjoying them.

Ain't that the truth, Harry??That is okay young man . It is hard to tell one old man from another .

Brilliant coping strategy, Stuart! As I read this, I was stuck indoors as a massive winter storm slowly advanced. This "secret" brightened my outlook and sent me to the bar for a bottle of vodka, one of tonic, and a glass, then to the fridge for a lime and ice. Snow, schmo, I don't care anymore!

Congrats on the glorious stag jack, HFinn!I got this this morning. I'm speechless. Stunned by beauty.

... Your RR Canoe has a very interesting and unique pattern of Sawcut. The bone also exhibits a very rich deep color which is very well done. All that coupled with those fancy bolsters make for a great looking knife my friend!![]()
Pruners are in for you today! Nice bolsters on your canoe.
- great character to your RR Canoe, a beaut
...
... Excellent pruner, the alox on that knife just glows.
...
Thanks for all the kind words, gents.5K Qs The pruners are smart choices for the advent of Spring, but that RR is the QE2 of canoes. Very handsome. I really like your repurposed mitt slip. Cool.

Three questions for you, @Jambon .
Your stag Ohtas certainly form a notable, memorable pair, Gary!...

Congrats on the prized ebony Presidential, Mike!!
Congrats on the good knife and the great friend, @Northwestcut !So my buddy at work just walked in and totally hooked me up! He's a fellow knife nut (fixed blades) and bought a box of knifes from one of his friends. This was in the box and he gave it to me. Stellar guy! Needs some love but I'm gonna give it a good home

Splendid Wednesday change of pace, Harry!
You East Coast folks are hip; I really dig the styles you wear, but I sure don't envy you your recent weather!!We awoke to to a walloping wintry whiplash from Winter Storm Toby, as did 70 million other shivering souls in the East.... I ain't going anywhere. So my daily carry selection was pretty easy: a SAK and a No. 8 Opie, though neither should see much work, as I'll be preparing a rabbit ragout while house-bound.

... Decisions, decisions. What do you think, use it, or not?I could leave it alone, sell and make a profit sometime, or I could just enjoy the heck out of it...
I was going to put up a different couple shots, but the cool thing is, in the shadow the shiny part of the blade is the edge, an indication of what a light saber it is.
Thanks, Neal
Aaron, isn't the old saying, "If you got it, flaunt it"?Sticking with my ebony 92 Talon today...and probably for a long time after that.
