Beautiful Lloyd, beautiful bird!

Speaking of birds, I just have to say the the Peregrine Falcon has been my favorite animal since I was a small child. So much so, in fact, that I have one tattooed to my forearm. So yeah, I love your username.

Thank you, Jack. Looks like you have your bases covered, can't go wrong with a bit of Ebony in your pocket.

Looks like I am going to have to be on the lookout for some 2013 vintage Ebony. I do so enjoy smooth, lustrous ebony, but that grain on your 79 is rather captivating.

Thank you, Stuart. It is a fine knife and I am quite grateful to a fellow member here for making it available to me. The clip blade, though not unattractive, is an interesting shape, at least to my eye. And the Ebony is, of course, simply exquisite.

Lovely pairing, Harry. I must say that there isn't anything much better than sawcut on a good Barlow. It really is the perfect sort of cover for quite the exceptional knife.

Thank you, GT. I must say that I am with you in regards to the differences between such knives, they have flown under my radar for the most part up until now.

Wonderful picture of your Ancient, Dean! Rather perfect, actually.

That turned out wonderfully! Forgive my ignorance, but what color were the original covers? I might be sorely tempted to try and dye my white bone 78...

I have a bit of a penchant for red and black and today is no exception. I put these two in the pocket. As you can see, more rain.... It wouldn't be the PNW if it didn't rain... A lot...

Thanks my friend, those two go well together

Thank you! I like your PNW knife photo.

Gary, these two are fine examples of knives I didn’t know I needed until the porch found me. Absolutely beautiful, you sure know how to pick ‘em! :)
Thanks for compliment! :)

Thanks Dylan! :) The Ebony knives that I have from 2013 IMO have some of the best Ebony Great Eastern has every used. They are buttery smooooth!:D

If my wife comes in this evening and calls me "Gary" or "Harry" I am going to get a little concerned!!!:rolleyes::p

Ha! My apologies, Ron! I am so used to seeing Harry's red sawcut 77s, I didn't even bother to check the author of your post.... I should certainly know better considering your photograph styles are completely different. Regardless, I love the sawcut bone, all the same. :D

I kinda gave up learning peoples names here. No offense, but I am terrible with names. My leadership school says it’s my personality type. Yeah, sounds good to me lol. But that doesn’t depreciate my care for folks or my enjoyment of people like y’all.

Just this one again today. Helped me cut out the gas filler in the hot rod tank and weld it into a new place. It didn’t get to do much. It’s sharp but not plate steel cutting sharp lol! Now I’m relaxing watching chasing classics cars waiting on my wife and kids to get home. I miss them when I’m off and they aren’t. Which is often. But it’s the only way I can get anything done lol. So anyway, I I used it to cut some taters and touched her up. Back to hair popping sharp.

Well, that IS a disappointment!

I'll be back later to put throwian into 1st pers sing present indicative. Can't do it off the top of my head.

Vic, Camillus, Wadsworth, Ulster. I'd forgotten the Ulster, surprisingly. Quite nice.

Oh no, my bad! I’m still trying to learn everyone’s names here and to be honest I’m not great at it in person either. Nice to meet you Ron haha!:confused:

Gentlemen I can honestly say that I have been called considerably worse before! I consider Gary and Harry both to be friends and gentlemen of the highest caliber! ;)

Another shout out to you GT, @5K Qs . I read about what you did for Randy. Outstanding! I know you love dogs and Case Sodbusters, so this one is for you. And yes, Sodbuster Juniors are obligatory Drew dispatch184 dispatch184 . Yours is a very nice one. Of course we would expect no less from you!

SVTFreak SVTFreak Wow! That knife looks amazing. What is the handle material? And I am just as big a fan of Dave's leatherwork as I am of his knives. Tremendous craftsmanship @Horsewright !
Great picture Leslie! Your shots always remind me to get outside more often : ) And thank you, have really enjoyed it so far
