What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Out in the woods on a Wednesday.

Great knives over the past couple of days, guys. I feel behind a day and just got caught up on this thread. Having been a bit busy (inexcusable for a retired fella) yesterday and today, I was again rushed to pick my daily carries and to get them posted. The fine Camilli posted @SteveC and @scrteened porch prompted one of my choices today; the other just fit in to make a pair. A Camillus cattle knife (4 line, all blades, so 1919-1941) and a Kutmaster stockman (1929-present). The KUTMASTER/UTICA,N.Y./U.S.A. tang stamp has a T stamped underneath; anyone know what that signifies?

Carrying my Two older IXL Barlows today .
The top one is one that I picked a couple of years ago for almost nothing and the bottom one is one that I picked up at the Janesville , Wi. blade show a couple of weeks ago . I do not know the age of either one but they do have different Pin Locations and neither has Integral Bolsters . The Tang Stamps look identical and the Nail Nicks are at different locations .

Harry

Glad to see you’re carrying the “new” one, Harry.
Both look like they’re almost therapeutic in the hand.
The one with the worn blade looks like it served it’s previous owner well. Probably some hard working thrifty man like my Grandad who only ever needed to carry one good knife.

Six and a quarter d. ? Old pennies that is, 240 of them to a Quid:D You got the bargain of the millennium there my friend
Figuratively speaking my friend. But I'm still shaking ...what a rush :) Hard snaps on all implements and hardly needs cleaning. The stag is...omg...did I mention I'm still shaking  I have been looking for years and the heavens opened :D The pattern of my dreams

Another shout out to you GT, 5K Qs 5K Qs . I read about what you did for Randy. Outstanding! I know you love dogs and Case Sodbusters, so this one is for you. And yes, Sodbuster Juniors are obligatory Drew @dispatch184 . Yours is a very nice one. Of course we would expect no less from you!

@SVTFreak Wow! That knife looks amazing. What is the handle material? And I am just as big a fan of Dave's leatherwork as I am of his knives. Tremendous craftsmanship @Horsewright !
From one dog lover to another, I LIKE that shot. The way the bigger dog is focused on the knife makes me think it has a bit of steak juice on it.

I'm carrying this and my unicorn #25

I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. Looks nice and dark deep black and red in the shadows and really great in the sun with some cool coloring.

Really thinking about dyeing my white bone #78. My girlfriend is super against it, she says it looks pretty the way it is.

Very nice dye job!

My wife and I went for a hike in the national forest today. In a break from tradition I clipped my Kershaw link in my right front pocket. I thought it would be nice to have a "big" knife along and it's pretty much been sitting unused on my dresser for the many months since I bought it. For "backup" I put my harvest orange peanut in my left front pocket along with my Vic Rambler and LED flashlight that hang from my Bianchi key clip anytime I'm away from home. Well, when lunch time came the mighty peanut handled the cheese and bread, and the Rambler served to scrape a little bark from a spicebush twig to verify the species (it has a sharp, spicy odor immediately after being scraped). I pretty much forgot I had the Link along until I got home. :p Traditionals For the Win!

Sitting here eating some Polish Sausage and Cheese Curd after taking the Snow Blower off of one lawn tractor . Still have a snow blade on the other one just in case . Have these in my pockets .

I guess this is a Two TEW's Wednesday this week . Lambfoot & Sheepfoot

Harry

Never get tired of seeing those, my friend.

Just noticed that yesterday I didn't post any of this week's knives for me. Here are some. In fact, since I happen to be carrying several Rough Riders this week, I'll post all of them right now to cover yesterday and today.
