I have a blackberry patch, and a lot of wild black raspberries. The canes haven’t even leafed out yet. Berries should come mid to late June. Your photo makes me think of blackberry pancakes, or blackberries in my oatmeal, and really brings back memories of when my granddaughters were little helping me pick. “Papa! I’m getting stuck by thorns!”

Glad to see you haven’t relegated that old prize to the sock drawer!
