I do find this to be the perfect blade combo. Now, if could just get a Split Back Whittler Sowbelly Punch.

Today Im carrying a Schrade USA 108 OT, just got it in yesterday. It was a rusting mess when I got it but now its just like new (ooohhhh aaaahhhhh shiny). It went fishing with me and the wife yesterday. The knife, and the wife (and the catfish we caught) are all keepers!

This is his Cowboy model. I highly recommend any of his Horsewright knives and leather work. You won't be disappointed.

Thanks! I checked and the Cowboy is slightly larger overall than the Coyote, but with a little shorter blade. I agree that you can’t go wrong with any Horsewright knife & sheath! I definitely see one in my future.

I think some of that is reflection. I did cut some meat with it and used the punch to scrape / clean out the garlic press.
Plus there is more of @lambertiana 's patina on there than mine.
This is a more life like representation of the patina.

Love that "tactical cheese knife"! Seriously, though, it is a terrific design.

BTW, the Continental posted by Gevonovich prompted me to pull out and post this five blade, 2.75" Munster camping knife for Stagurday.

The long Wharncliffe/lambsfoot-like blade is a file with the rasp grooves on the thick flat (not sharp) edge. The unseen corkscrew is the 5th "blade".
