Kind of new to getting back into carrying/edc traditionals. Trying to (re) figure out what I like/what works for me.

Been carrying this 81 for a week. Made me realize that I do not prefer half stops...thought I did. Nope.

Loving this big, elegant jewel. Has to be one of the smoothest out of tube of the few I have.

I beg the indulgence of the BF crowd to show the influence of Anthony Bourdain on my everyday-use knives in my kitchen. I had 5 or 6 rudimentary knives when I first read Tony's adulation of those big and super sharp chef's blades. I couldn't afford to have true chef's battery of knives, but I was inspired to get as good a knife as I could for each task in the kitchen (with a few back-ups). And to keep them clean and sharp!! I toast you, Tony, sorry you see you go. God bless.

Thanks for posting that Will. It was always Anthony's way. It was never about the food or in this case the knives. It was about the people, their culture and their history.

Of the knives shown, some of those smaller one gleam my eye, well, they're all tremendous!
