RR Congress in Orange Bone... :)

Since I got the Tree Brand Stockman back from Böker USA I decided it needed some pocket time. So, today it joins the Peanut. You can see some of the surface rust on the turkish clip blade that I will be tending to this week.

I have already put it to use getting my son's car ready for him to return to school, as his spring break concludes today.

My Western Barlow. Sunk joints and sharpens up real nice! Buck prototype Solitaire went along for the ride also.

That ez open is pretty sweet looking!

Thanks, Luciano. It looks even better in person, as there is more depth to the color of the scales than my pictures convey. It tried to escape in the couch cushions earlier today. It's back where it belongs now though............my left pocket.

I only left the house today for a couple hours, but when I did, I was carrying my GEC EZ Open Jack.

I'm trying really hard to like this knife, (the top one. Bottom is a Peanut) but today, I let it snap closed, and now there's a ding in the edge again that I need to grind out, or it's going to drive me nuts. >:(

I've been carrying the little peanut for about a 2 weeks now as my only EDC.
It's a great little scalpel. Only yesterday I went to the woods and needed a little more power, so I used a Muela Kodiak for camp set up.

This little gem is a pleasure in the pocket...so light, and sharp, and pointy :):):)

Nice job! The "bald" spots on the sanded and stained sides interest me. I haven't stained mine, but buffed off the logo/text. It exhibits a couple of the same seemingly harder, sand-and-stain resistent spots, in the same place(s) and roughly the same shape as yours.

I wonder what accounts for that?

Thanx Guys...I think it's just the nature of the wood...

Elinox Secretary that I usually have as a backup to a larger knife in case a smaller blade is appropriate.

EDIT: I scrapped the first photo for a new one.
