What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I've been playin' with this ebony #85 today. I reshaped both blades on my belt sander to suit my needs after finding it in good used condition on the exchange. Perfect 6 pulls and excellent snap and action on both clip and pen. On the clip master I took off some of the "peak" of the clip to make it more pocket and hand friendly, and also reduced the belly to a more gradual, less tanto profile. The pen I took down to a coping, to have a straight-edged secondary. This one came "pre-patinated" and is ready for the pocket!

Nice mods Jeff! That coping blade is going to be very useful.

Thanks! Standard blade config for stockman. Sheepsfoot and Spey secondaries. 3 7/8” cpm154 from Jim Dunlap. Half stops in all and pull is a perfect 5-6 on all.

My favorite knife to see on The Porch! It’s been a while since you treated us to the Dunlap!
