What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I enjoy seeing that practically perfect TC Barlow again, Señor Pinto!:thumbsup::thumbsup:

But, from what I see here in the Forum there are many people who repeat the knives much more than I do, I believe you have already verified this, but it is the life of those who like knives!!!
I'm sorry for this my tip. I'm not angry with you...;):thumbsup:

One more repetition (but it has to be), today in my pocket the most beautiful and old Portuguese knife in my collection!!!

Alas I have no traditional knives in my pocket today. My vacation is ending and I have to fly home to NEPA tomorrow so I mailed ‘em home priority mail but if I was carryin’ today it woulda been a Buck 302 and a Loveless/Lone Wolf City Knife.

You constantly have this eerie feeling something’s wrong. Then, you unconsciously pat your pocket, feel nothing, and have that moment of panic thinking you’ve lost your knife.
I always pay the extra $30 to check a bag so I can take a handful of knives. The only time I worried about that was upon returning from Scotland, I found an official looking note inside my suitcase saying it had been inspected by TSA. They didn’t swipe any knives, but I hoped they had fun.

Nice! - from a fellow Big Jack liker.

Be still my beating heart
Very cool little fixed blade.
I'm looking at those beer cans. It reminds me that my sonand daughter in law will be hiking to the top of Pikes Peak tomorrow.
Interesting symbols on those cans...handcuffs and all.
Binoculars. For Devil's Head Red, the ale named after the fire lookout tower on Devil's Head Mountain. But if you see handcuffs . . . OK!

Today I’m Totin this one! :D My lovely wife had me buy this Norfolk for my birthday on the exchange over a month ago. She had it put up until this morning when she gave it to me along with a big ole birthday kiss! ;) Wow! I’m a blessed man!

BB Winchester Small Gunstock 3". It's just right for a small knife, not toy like or fiddly. This one will be the user and has a more light chocolate bone than the archived one, but I like it a lot. Shown here with wild strawberries (fruits long gone :D)

That's a good looking Gunstock, Will. A little more subtle than GEC's new one, though I like the looks of theirs, too. Speaking of, have you ordered your #44 Gunstock with brass bolsters, liners and shield yet? :D

Well, you know, as they say, "Only in Portland..." :D

Well that certainly is something, Dylan... :D :D

Carrying my Bocote Maserin Plow again today.

These are one tough Barlow, maybe not the prettiest out there but they make a really good user. I must retract not the prettiest  after a closer look this one is buffalo horn  I was referring to the basic rosewood models, which I have two of.

Thanks! I like it quite a bit. This one had a tough break-in period. There was quite a bit of gunk, and some metal shavings that had to be flushed from the back spring. But now, it’s a workhorse.
This is an Anza knife that I had made, I call it a Scandinavian Hunter.

That’s a handsome knife!:cool: Is that stacked leather in the middle?

I’ve got a 2016 Drover today.

No, it is stacked wood, which is pretty unique. :)
