What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

These two today. A vintage Electric Cutco Walden NY jack and a recent 50th b-day gift from my son, a chestnut bone nut with CV blades---waitin for the patina to start:)

That's a nice birthday gift Paul. I just hit 50 a couple months ago.

After some more fruit and vegetable work today, the patina on my peanut is coming along nicely.

Although my SBJ will probably join (if not replace) the Mini Copperlock as the day goes on. I don't like to go without the little chestnut Jack for long; it makes me happy just in the having.

(I was doing okay without it until I saw the post immediately above this one....)
