What a cool, and useful pattern. Like a TL-29 and a Scout had a baby!:)

Enjoy your retirement from full- time teaching, Gary! As long as you have hobbies, interests, or just things you like to do, you will be busier than when you were working.

Not carrying this one, but it's been a long time since I've posted any photos. I'm using a Photobucket alternative, and had a hard time finding one that I could get to work.

Thanks for your patience :D

Have you tried the forum’s “Upload a file” feature yet?
I’ve never even bothered messing with an outside file host, it’s so easy. But I’m shooting and posting on an ifone, too.

I’d be carrying that knife with relish.

At first, I read that as “Morning, Yolks”.
I think I’m hungry.

When you're hungry and see a golden egg you can't get at, the yolks on you.

Thank you for the compliment and helping. I had used PB for years and once they changed, I started looking for alternatives. It's taken me a while, but I finally figured out Flickr and Imgur. As you stated, I could always just upload the photos directly to BF, but there are size limitations. In most cases, though, the method you suggest is best for me.

I awoke to another in a chain of overcast, rainy days, so I went looking for a happy pair to tote for Twosday. I found these two, still laid next to each other since I last carried them almost a year ago. When I posted them then, I became the beneficiary of some excellent research found by @5K Qs as to the maker of the Liberty Bell knife. The 3 blade stockman is an early (1973) commemorative by Schrade, marked as S.W. Cutlery, and has a faint "Liberty" etch on the main blade, a raised brass cracked Liberty bell on the mark side saw-cut black Delrin scale, and serial number 214 inside the liner. It is 3 1/4". The Parker Brothers Eagle Brand K124 has thick stag scales and a Wharncliffe main (with soaring eagle etch). Due to the dreary conditions outside, I am using the pictures that I took for my original posting of this pair. With them in the pockets, it seems a little brighter already.

Edited to add the link that GT found which provides a fascinating discourse on commemorative knives, in general, and the Liberty Bell LB-1, in particular: https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/schrade-walden-liberty-bell-lb-1-a-significant-knife.513980

Ha!
No, without bacon, potatos, poblano peppers, cilantro, and green onions, that’s just nothing to crow about.:D

So you're telling me that without those extras you Chanticleer your plate, but rather squawk at the chef? Sounds like henpecking to me.

Good morning Joshua. Just the thought of that LionSteel cutting into the plate is like fingernails on a blackboard. Screeech!

I've got my Saldana LC and Lloyd sowbelly today.

Yes, I use a delicate touch to avoid scraping the plate.
