John, unfortunately, it not an exotic make, I believe it may be made by Rough RIDER. I am quite pleased with the workmanship and quality on it.Very cool looking knife. I've not heard of Indianhead.
That one has seen a stone or two.![]()
An old Case 5254 trapper i can’t remember where i picked up. I just got the whim to tote it today so i sharpened the blades and oiled the joints and stuck it in my pocket. I have no idea how old it is but it has a nice patina and the main blade still has some snap to it.
Agreed, two fine gentlemen indeed! If you're going to pick two members to carry around, you can't really go wrong with Jack and Charlie.

Got this one yesterday. I wasn't going to buy a stag #14 but this unusual one really spoke to me.
I call it the "Runt" because everybody was passing it over in favor of the more exotic looking stag.

Trouble is, when I carry tue trappers, only one if them sees action. The whittler gives me options, and I’ve already used it to clean the tip on my pressure sprayer. Now to find a job for the trapper!
Some of us resemble that remark! Thanks. The "Runt" needs all the compliments and morale boosters it can get.![]()
That's a high-class pair, Tom!Thanks for the props for my knives.
I revived my old 3-strand braiding skills developed in the Calvinist Cadet Corp to make that lanyard from a leather boot lace.
I often attach a carabiner or a Nite-Eze S-clip to the "free end" and clip it to a belt loop.
My carries this week happen to include quite a few gift knives.
