Folks....tremendous quality, style, and fine detail make for one awesome piece of cutlery lore in those Lick Creeks ...wow !!
Those two look great together Dylan, stellar pic as always
Holy Size Comparison!Congrats on a fetching brace of knives, Dylan!
I didn't realize how small the #14 is until seeing it next to your AC Lambsfoot.
A couple of little Jacks on a Monday morning..I hope everyone has a pleasant week.

Cool pair and you're right about the contrast!
That's a happy white smooth bone family, r8shell!
Very fair pair you've shared, Jack; cutlery upper crust!
I've always admired your Wurlitzer ring opener, Ted, but I don't think I realized it was a Schrade until this post of yours.Arthritic fingers appreciate a ring opener. I appreciate the aesthetics of an old Schrade and an advertiser in NS/German Silver scales to boot. Who doesn’t love a Wurlitzer?¿

That toothpick and cannitler are a winning pair, Chip!
Gary, your Lloyd is a relatively recent treasure, but that World Series memento from 1960 is priceless! Here's a memory for you,Prester John !
Big time Pittsburgh fan here. My dad took me and my cousins to at least one game in that series. I was 10 years old.

I think those are real appealing mini trappers, Wayne & Dean; I really like that shield and covers combo on Wayne's, and the starred bolsters and jigging on Dean's!

Congrats on the two new smooth bone trappers, David! How are you liking the looks of the Buck emerald bone so far? I've considered a Buck canoe with those covers, but your green looks much better than I was expecting!
Congrats on the milestones, Shawn!!(And on the Saints' big win Sunday; I always enjoy seeing my fellow Boilermaker Brees doing well!
) Does your post mean that your daughter is almost 2.5 years old already??
You apparently must like the Maratac, too. Is that a single AAA battery model? I'm looking for a good little light to help me find dog poop in the dark
; I had a little Fenix I liked, but somehow the battery leaked and I can't get it cleaned up enough to work.
Stupendous stag stockman, Dwight!!Is that a pre-KSF Northwoods?
Distinguished dark duo you've delivered this day, Jack!!
I still have to make my Monday switch to new knives for this week, so I'll post pics of my Free Choice knives I carried since last Monday.
One is an S&M ebony (thanks, Jack) and the other is a walnut Rogers jigged bone mini copperlock with custom shield (thanks, Leslie):

That is one beautiful sow and very cool pic.
Thanks Gary.Stupendous stag stockman, Dwight!!Is that a pre-KSF Northwoods?
Yes, ebony. The Boker USA sheepfoot knife was originally some sort of black plastic, and Markesharp re-hafted it in ebony for me a few years ago. I was pleased that he could save the shield since, as you say, it isn't too common. He also sent me a matching clip blade jack. Its covers are plastic, but in better shape than the sheepfoot one was. They make a pretty nice pair.I love the looks of that Boker, r8shell. I don't know that I see that tree shield all that often. Ebony?
Speaking of nice pairs, those two look mighty fine together.Smooth white bone or smooth ivory bone is not a common cover material in my collection. Now that there are two, I figured I would pair them together today.

I reeeeeeally like these a lot !!! Gorgeous one and hope to see it more !!View attachment 1015590 Case Whittler made by Blue Creek Cutlery, it’s a sweet knife
Today "again", Case mini trapper stag...
“Grabbed”?
Are you sure it was not “reverently selected with trembling fingers and slightly sweaty palms”?![]()
A little nostalgic today, grabbed this 1971 red bone equal end #62055 Cigar Jack. Rock SOLID blades, pinned shield and the famed Case red bone![]()
I guess I didn’t get the memo that it’s Case Monday today but luckily I’ve this half congress with me.
Beautiful pair of Case Jack knives Stuart! A pleasure to see them.![]()

Thanks for the compliment on my Lambsfoot Stuart!I believe that Queen did obtain the bone and it was indeed old Utica stock.
Hey buddy we need to talk sometime soon.
