I've seen some folks posting knife photos with neat bugs so I found this one on the trail and snapped a shot with my EDC (Case Mini Copperhead).

That's one of them Area 51 Alien Bugs. You're lucky to get away with your brains intact.

Spaten - That is absolutely one of my favorite forum knives. The pattern, the jigging, and especially the beautiful spear.

I agree completely! It’s one of my most carried knives. In fact, it’s still in my pocket.

Thanks Gary and yes, it’s a little clip but a serious nail breaker though. I left it blunt to use as a scraper, poker etc., not for cutting because it’s a little too sketchy to have a sharp blade that likes to disobey and bite. And oh, your Fight’n Rooster is purdy!!

Under the radar carry. I was a guinea pig in a study of hearing and balance in geezers this morning.

Yard work late this afternoon. I didn't actually use either of these; I didn't get past bagging leaves. You have to pace yourself when you're old enough to be worth studying.

(The bright nose on the spear must be a trick of the patina. It isn't ground like that.)
