What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

….
I'm even more prolix than usual today ;) confined to quarters after a nasty accident last night at the country place. Just leaving, pitch dark and had no torch (f.light) with me heading towards the gate. Tripped over a bench fell face down in granite flints:eek: cut open the cheekbone, lots of blood but bruised 2 ribs cracked another  Driving back was 'challenging' If I cough, laugh or move it's agony...face looks like I've had a punishment battering too :D All my fault, he who thinks he can see in the total dark, knows nothing....:(

Ouch that sounds like not much fun at all !!! speedy recovery sir!

Carrying today my Tina 606 sent by @harronek a long time ago, still quite sharp, still needle tipped !

Happy Saturday!

Thanks Jack, they are a really satisfying carry and user. This one's all blackened with patina now but I've got a mint reserve one too, just in case.....

They certainly did a lot of patterns including some more obscure ones e.g. Coffin Jack, Banana Trapper, no Barlow though. I'm missing the small Wharncliffe Pen/Congress but always hopeful- All have beautiful bone, most versions v.dark a few lighter but all have that great bark-like jigging.

Yikes Will, that sounds nasty  I'm glad you made it back home mate. You rest up with a good whiskey, and I hope you heal fast

Get well soon, Will.

I've got this pair today.

Love that red and black combo Jeff

Beautiful Lambsfoot Steve

Jack, I love the bottom knife; that's the Abbeydale, correct?

Thanks Dean, that's it :) I think I paid less than £20 for that knife :)

Sorry to hear, Mr Power! I really hate when that happens! I've pulled a couple of double face flops before.
Here's to a speedy recovery!

Sorry about your fall. I hope you have a speedy recovery. And I hope you do not sneeze. From my own broken rib experiences, I know how bad it hurts to sneeze.

This is about the third time I have seen something I was going to request in the treasure hunt thread. Excellent knife and pic.
