I like seeing Pearl show up in the totin' thread, in different hands as the months go by. :)
Thank you my friend, it's nice to see Old Friends Friday revived :)
Oh, I really liked Old Friends Friday. I'll have to dig something out of the back of the drawer for next week. I've been too enamored of my newest little pal.

Terrible picture. But I had to see what all the fuss was about. So far, I'm impressed. Exceot the back spring. While looking real cool, I think it's a way to hide imperfect fit maybe? Maybe not, maybe just meant to be really cool and different.

*edit*. I now notice that the spine is rounded also. Which is a very cool touch I've always loved about sebenzas. So the back spring matches the spine.

@Old Engineer - Harry those Bulldogs are really special. I'll say it every time I see em.
Spaten Spaten - Looks like a super fine Black Box. love em.
paulhilborn paulhilborn - Gorgeous redbone Paul
Gevonovich Gevonovich - What is it about that knife??????? Are the mechanics of it as fine as the aesthetics? Gev what is the model of that trophy?

So many wonderful knives today!

All it says is No 31. I've looked and looked...no other one to be found. And yes...the knife sings. The size ( 4"), its smooth, lockup like a snare drum, sleeveboard ergonomics, feels good with any blade open, ease of use, blade selection, color...it just has that Je ne sais quoi :D

Like the song says....hypnotized if i should linger....:D
