I learn something new here every day :), thanks for posting the Holub GT. Never heard of that before and enjoyed researching it.

I think I might have dropped some quotes here  :(

Sorry for the lack of wood for Woodnesday, but having just finished re-handling the little Klein Sheepfoot, and needing more get acquainted time with this altogether pleasing Buck Blade Forums knife, it’s Elk Wednesday for me.
And like the elk on the little fixed blade, the antler scales on the Klein were rescued from the pet aisle at the store and spared the ignominious fate of becoming a dog chew.View attachment 1036346

Excellent work Jeff :) I hear a lot of good stag is getting wasted on dog chews, so it's good you were able to rescue a little

Congratulations to Buck and Stephen @skblades for building an incredible 2018 Forum Knife!

Great pic  Nice to see all the forum knives

Nice-looking Canoe Dwight

Thanks, I think it is a "cobra stitch" but I haven't tied anything in years and my memory is .......What was I sayin' ? ;):D

This just came in. :D

This little HSB which hasn’t been carried in a while, along with the Queen City canoe I’ve been toting lately.

Beautiful old knife, Nick. I love the tip bolsters.

An intriguing duo, Stuart! You could get lost in those covers.

Thanks, Dylan, and I agree with @5K Qs that your pretty stag and cranberry saw-cut pair are a sweet strawberry and cream combo.

Carrying this old Queen Heavy Duty Jack.

Very nice handsome old knife. Your post prompted my carry pair yesterday.

Looks like another great day!

That is a gorgeous holiday picture, Dave. Thanks for sharing it. Oh, and the knife, too.

Case Wharncliffe Mini Trapper in Antique Bone

A handsome knife nicely portrayed.

A pair of AG Russell’s today, the Barlow is a little different in that it is a lock back.

That is a fine pairing. Boy, will Mr. Russell be missed!

A motionless spell of rapture
I still lose myself

Stellar old Schrade, Gev. You, @kai76 , Amir Fleschwund Amir Fleschwund , r8shell r8shell , @Old Engineer , and @SteveC (and a few more folks) certainly have those fine older knives in good shape and I appreciate seeing them.

I'm sticking with the Camillus today.

I can understand that, Buzz. Thanks for sharing your commendable collection and considerable knowledge of this popular (and important) category of knives.

Another Utica today

And another beauty, Steve. I just assume that you have somehow purchased the entire leftover knife inventories from almost all old hardware stores in several states. Whatever it is, it is a veritable treasure trove. You and Nick better keep looking over your shoulders.

The Schrade 34OT is a handy sized stockman.

I agree, Ron, and the Parker Frost "fox" that I posted is similar, just a half inch longer. You posted a nice AC with the OT.

Carrying "12:25" today. :)

Great composition and picture, Dee.

Tim Robertson makes a great knife. This is his version of a Pacheco.

Wow, Leslie!! That is a special knife.

Fancy Canoe of the Week is a Schrade-Wostenholm I*XL stag canoe (thanks for the GAW, @cchu518 )

Captivating canoe, GT.

Fabulous fungal photo, Travis.

There’s a big ole frost this morning, but I needed a new photo of my 82 Dixie Stockman! :D

I can see why, Ron. That knife would warm anyone up.

I’ll start out with this old 4 line Camillus EO jack and the Canyon, but reserve the right to swap out on a whim.

Sorry for the lack of wood for Woodnesday, but having just finished re-handling the little Klein Sheepfoot, and needing more get acquainted time with this altogether pleasing Buck Blade Forums knife, it’s Elk Wednesday for me.

Fine knives and great restoration/modification work, Jeff.

I'm going against the wooden Wednesday routine, too.

Theres wood in the picture, along with some fine looking knives, r8shell.

Needed a little color on this grey winter's day.
Cramer Lanny's Clip Jr.

That brightened my day, Gary. Thanks.

You could take on the world with those two Stuart! ;)

Thanks, Jack. I hope you trip with AC was pleasing. It sounds very interesting.
