What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Peanut had juice duty today, might grab the rain gear later and go fishing. If so the Med. Stockman will also come along.

I really like that Moore Maker, I have the five blade sowbelly and it came with blade play and large gaps:(. Sent it back, they have great customer service, they sent me another and after light use developed blade play, I'm kinda bummed, really like it. It's the only knife I've had that ever developed blade play.

Case Sowbelly Stockman and SBJ today...I thought I woudn't like the high sheepsfoot but it seems to fall into a comfort zone in hand, and acts as a sort of stop when using the spey blade, a well thought out pattern IMHO...

Andi, that knife gets me every time I see it. Nice sharp in focus shot of it too :) I like the canon lanyard (I think) hanging in the picture.

Hi Kevin! Thank you for the replie :) I did what you have told me ;) I took the pic nearly from directly above the knife. The lanyard must have swung there anywhere, I should better keep it around my wrist not to drop the camera. The #66 is a knife I don´t want to keep out of my pocket. I´m already thinking about getting another knife as a two-knife-basic-EDC-setup. Peanut would be a nice addition to that one (small jackknife and medium jackknife).

Kind regards
Andi

Your welcome Andi. I actually like the lanyard from the Elph. It shows how close you have to get and how challenging it can be to stay out of the way of the light :)

Good luck finding the right knife combo.

Andi,

Your serpentine jack is looking tremendous-- lots of good honest use showing up there.

If asked, I'd say that my swayback jack is my favorite knife. However, more often than not I'm pocketing my White Owl instead.

Today: White Owl, Mini Copperhead (SBJ looking left out).
