Spent the afternoon painting the kitchen. My pocket knife for such occasions is a Buck 301. If a 301 gets paint on it, I can get downright robust getting the paint off and my efforts won't damage the knife.

In today's case, no worries. No contamination of the knife by paint. :)

My peanut is always with me, and took my new/old $8 Kabar nut also

Thank you Kevin! I think at this one the light and the camera was at right setup :) I think I gonna give a try to black&white shots, when I find that configuration at the camera ;)

I did what you told me, my friend. :)

Kind regards
Andi

Andi,

Your effort is paying off :) You could check for monochrome setting.

I am carrying this one still

SOG Stingray: Bought it (and three others just like it) in 1986 and carried it almost daily until 2006. It originally came with Krayton (rubber) covers and they completely wore off by around 2000 I think. Anyway, it's still a great knife and I like to carry it often. SOG sent me a set of replace covers for it but I just haven't gotten around to installing them on the knife.

This is one of the other three knives I bought the day I bought the above knife.
