• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Thanks! Todd is a great craftsman and an even better guy. I have a small handful of his pieces. This little axe is one of the dressier ones, in my opinion, with the blue liners and mosaic pins.

Were you the one that ended up with that pretty green jigged bone wharncliffe? He made a few wharncliffe knives a little larger than his Hornet model at the time. There were a few in some gorgeous curly maple, but the one sporting the green bone really stood out to me.
That's the one Jerry, it has red liners and is a really neat piece:thumbsup:

Thank you Dean. It is the A G Russell peanut with wooly mammoth covers. From what I understand they come from Japan and are assembled in Sprindale, Ar at the Russell facility. Fit and finish is superb. Steel is VG10.

Thank you for the info, Dwight!

I can see why, Dean. All of that is beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
