Make it your ambition to lead a quiet life: You should mind your own business and work with your hands, just as we told you, so that your daily life may win the respect of outsiders and so that you will not be dependent on anybody.

For Thursday, going back to these:

Probably my two best.
I'm glad you are liking your first GEC slipjoint. Careful, they are addictive.
Leslie, this is the 2002 Case 6147SS single blade jack that was part of a single blade set. The bone is more colorful than the standard Amber Bone - more "oatmeal colored" in the smooth portions of the bone. It may match your Case Barlow. OH

Thanks you, that gets me one step closer to identifying this one I've got.

John, I think your 6118 SS is from the same set. There was also a 6175 SS in the set - I wanted that one bad but the dealer wouldn't sell it to me - kept if for himself (I don't blame him!) I'll be in the Fayetteville/Fort Bragg area in two weeks - will try to go by his shop and see if he still has the panel - then we will know what was in it. OH

Awesome! Thanks for the information and I hope you can get that pic to post. The only problem with owning a knife from a set, now I want the whole set. Lol Maybe better to own just one, owning more would drive me crazy until it was complete.
