Off the charts,Dee....wow !!!!

Now that is an interesting, albeit quite handsome, knife, Dwight
Thanks Dylan.

I wonder if your beauty is in recognition of the German 88mm artillery piece, arguably one of the most devastating guns of WWII
I don't know Gev but Jack said Richards (UK) had a similar pattern that had a different number. He posted a couple of em in the "Richartz and Richards" thread. Wish I knew approximately when this one was made.

Carrying this one today :

And when I do it takes me back to 2017 when we were here in a little town that has a Carving School in it .

Which is close to here .

Does not take a lot to make my old mind think about fun things in the past .

Beautiful knife, and scenes from one of my favorite areas on earth. My family hails from Bavaria. I have been only once (and made the jog over to Austria as well) but wow.

looking good Michael! :D I wonder how many Sodbusters like this Case has actually produced, it has been a popular carry.
Thanks Dave! Hope you're feeling better by the day.

I don't know but I bet "a lot". Sodbuster (jr) and yellow derlin are like the Case poster boy? :D This jr has an impressively stout open. I received this jr and a full size (also yellow derlin) via @Odog27. I really like the full size too; too big for my daily carry but i sharpened and oiled and fondled all the same.
