Today I decided to carry one of my most used GEC knives, my Tidioute 48 Improved Trapper in Smooth Ivory Bone. Super good knife!

Heading to the mountains with a friend. He had a couple of traps stolen the other day so we are going to search the area to see if they were actually taken or just tossed off in the brush. Being 36 inch long live traps they are a little difficult to conceal when carrying them out so we are hoping someone just tossed them. But first things first....time to eat

This one recently since unfortunately I cut one of those twist ties with a metal wire in them with my TC and now it's dull . I haven't had time to sharpen it but fortunately the factory grind on this Lionsteel knife is excellent.

We got up this morning and I made us a protein smoothie for breakfast. Then we went to the Y and worked out for over an hour. So far I’m down 5 since Monday! I’ve dropped these two Sambar Stag favorites in my pocket for the rest of the day!

Great stuff, Ron! When I retired almost 8 years ago I lost 25 pounds. I've managed to keep it off through diet and exercise. Not easy to do but worth the end result!
Nice stag on those!

Boy am I glad this week is over!!!! They worked me like a mine mule. Thought I would treat myself to carrying this beautiful Case Jack that Paul paulhilborn gifted me. It's a scalpel. Ask me how I know!!!

Fit and finish between the horn and bolster could be better, but the beauty of the horn diminishes any imperfections IMHO.
