Pure perfection! OH

 Once again I think Ka-Bars slip joints are just underrated. Those handles have an incredible color! Have you an idea of who built them?

Thanks OH and Jolipapa, She is as solid as when it left the factory:thumbsup: I am not sure of the maker Jolipapa, I do know that this particular tang stamp dates it: 1950-1970o_O

Paul that’s a beautiful old Jack my friend! The bone has warmth and terrific colors!

I’m carrying these two this morning! :)

Thanks Ron for the KA-BAR compliment:thumbsup: As usual, a nice duo your sportin today. I think that one on the left has Rendezvous ties if memory serves;)

Just a beautiful day out today ; Bright and sunny with temp of O degrees F and wind speeds of 8 to 15 with wind chills of -13 F so ( at our ages ) we are staying inside for now . So just to feel warm and fuzzy I am carrying my large Stags that I also carried just the other day . At least it is not nearly as cold as paulhilborn paulhilborn has it .

Harry
Harry, I promise things would feel a whole lot warmer if you sent that 43 this way:D:thumbsup:

Had an enjoyable conversation with several friends last night about fishing our local river and it’s tributaries. I shared my favorite smallmouth spot and got some great tips on catching northern pike here. Pike as big as your leg are caught here up in really small creeks. I’ve always gone after the smallmouth, but did catch a skinny, arm length northern two years ago. Great way to mentally elevate above our current sub-zero temps!
In honor of that, I’m totin this Hammer Brands fish knife with my all time favorite tang stamp- alongside Mr Voos.View attachment 1063179View attachment 1063180

Carrying an Old Henry Sears and Son I found at a knife show last weekend. It needed some TLC but it cleaned up pretty well. Still some more work to do but, I want to take it slow and just let using/carry time work out the rest of the kinks. The pocket worn bone and the fact that it was a dogleg pattern was too much to pass up:
