My short list, is a little shorter, I received my 1st fathers day gift early this morning, it's a #62 courthouse whittler in spring green. Not bad, since I became a father I've received two great knives as gifts from my daughter via my wife , my chestnut bone peanut for Christmas and now this one.
Made picking today's carry easy, always the nut, my new knife and the trad. of the month I need to carry a stockman so my small Schrade.

Congrats on that one fine looking Northfield and becoming a DAD!! I saw it in the other thread and that green bone and every small detail of that knife is stunning.

Hey, that's almost verbatim what I was going to write, so I'll just add an, "Yeah-- that."

Hi Pete! That #62 in those bone scales looks great! What a great present - you should go out and get some icecream for your daughter :D

Today there was a Yellow Stockman CV and a modded Opinel #8 with me

I found out how to take pictures with the webcam on my computer, so here is mon visage with the Case Trapper I`m carrying today.

There you are!

Nice knife; nice face. :) You even have the picture reversed accurately, so your t-shirt is right-ways (readable).

Thanks man, it`s the only one I got. :p Yeah the pictures reverses itself automatically, pretty cool. It`s one of the standart features of the Windows 8 preview.

Pretty cool, indeed.

Also pretty cool: turns out my post above was #500 in Traditional, so the end game countdown for the Texas Jack Giveaway has been triggered. Cue the Kittens....

Leaving the BF 2011 at home, with the storms around I don't want to screw it and the leather up getting soaked...last night a supercell hit and they sent us home so lost a bit of money! fingers crossed for rain, but not wanting the tornado weather.

Lots of boxes in my garage, none that would contain a jewel like that.

Haha. I moved cross country almost 4 years ago. Between moving, having another child and buying a house. Its hard to unpack it all. But yes that camillus is my sole pride and joy traditional. My wife has demanded I retire it to a shadow box on the wall. Dont think I could do that, but then again it is a piece of my youth. Just hard to wrap something up that takes such any easy sharp edge.
