What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I recognized all of them except those three, thanks!

That is 'America's Favorite Singing Cowboy' to the right of Hoppy!

I see that now, thanks.
Today I have a stainless 33 with great stag that I picked up here a few months back.

Great looking hat!

What more could you ask for? Very nice, Paul!
Thanks Lance, I really like the Railsplitter, big beefy yet a compact carry:thumbsup:

Very interesting knife Paul.

It is uniquely different from my other carries Dwight that's for sure. It is one stout knife:)

Forgot I even ordered this, it had been a couple of weeks and arrived today. I had a HD gift card that my son had given me and the card covered all but .09 cents:thumbsup:
A 2018 Case Mini Trapper in Pocket Worn Whiskey Bone. CV blades that are solid and centered in the well, nice antique bronze like shield. I'm likin this one:thumbsup:

Incredible photos and knife Paul.:D

That one still has its fine tip, many used ones you see on the market do not.
Of the 4 Schrade Lockbacks I have only one has had a reprofiled tip. I wasn't sure at first because the 7-OT was the first one I picked up. After comparing it to the UH LB7's I picked up later, its missing about 1/8 inch of the tip. Other than where someone used a center punch to stake the pivot pin, the one posted above is the most mint one I've acquired.

Don't carry this one near as much as I should anymore. Had it several years now, and did carry it at the beginning. Been living in my truck for on the go eating knife duty for a while now.

Always did like it, one of the few full size trappers I've ever really liked to use. It's so slim and wonderful!

Have jury duty all month, had to go in Tuesday, but forgot to take a knife along for the time after they "parole" you at the end of the day. (Yes, I'm an idiot!) Added my own insult to the injury of not having one to start; ya feel so dang naked without it!

Got out of having to serve at all that day, but staying in town and burning a day since I was already there anyway meant a blade was required... The only traditional in the truck got the duty!

Such cool knives! :)

Today the postman arrived and delivered this beautiful knife in stag...

Congratulations, a new Lambsfoot is always a cause for celebration! ;)

It's too cold outside to comfortably take pics, so I'm recycling one of my two totes today. Come on Spring!!

Great pairing Stuart :) By chance, I'm carrying the same Rosewood Lambsfoot today :)

Smashing Barlow Taylor (I meant to carry mine today)

For Thursday, going with stag.

From Spain, where the rain stays mainly in the plain:

Polished stag, from @ArtesaniaHerreros.

And from England, where it bloody well rains everywhere:

Stag au naturel, from A. Wright & Son, Sheffield.

I love that pairing Vince :) Been raining here all morning (but then I have had some good soakings in Spain)!

I'm having a Double Lambsfoot Day today, Big Ebony and a small Rosewood SFO

For Tidioute Thursday, I grabbed the GEC #54 Beaver Tail Big Jack in jigged cherry wood, to help the Camillus thoroughly weight down my pockets. The Big Jack is a very solid and heavy knife. Big beefy blades, and the wide frame fills the hand nicely. If you dig strong pulls, it might be worth checking out on the secondary market, as the pulls run at probably around a 7.5. This is one of those manly man kind of outdoor knives. If I was stuck out in the woods with the Big Jack, I certainly wouldn't feel "under-knived".
