Thanks, Jack. It was very relaxing, visited with my Mom for a couple of hours.
Thank you kindly, Jack.
I totally agree my friend!
I can tell which blade you favor ...
A big hunk o' stag and 440A @ 4.29" closed. I got this one so sharp that at lunch today I used it to cut my kielbasa and I could feel it dig in to the plastic plate and grab when I lifted it out! One easy draw stroke and it went through and into the plate.
Is that a Queen made one I thought those used 440C or 420HC not sure who all has made them since the real Colonel Coon closed up shop.
Yes, Pirate, it's Queen built, and the box says right on it 440 steel. When it only says 440 and not 440C, then it's 440A. I think these were made around 2012-2014.
Yes lol, I'm very much usually a single blade guy especially if it's a clip! The other blade does get some use but it's more so packages and sharpening pencils.
Well used Ducks Unlimited Case trapper in it's natural environment.
Thank you Harvey and that's a fantastic image of the ancient one.
Thank you Jack.
