What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Beautiful Mike! If you ever decide to part with it, instead of putting it back in the drawer, let me know.

Thanks Doug. I really like the pattern. It's only 3 1/4 inches closed, so it disappears in pocket

Since I finally got around to fixing the mess Queen made of my edges (after sending it in for repairs) I have really enjoyed using her at work and around the house...I feel bad leaving the 2011 knife at home since its been my go to knife for the past 6 months but this needs some quality time. :)

pistonandgears,

Tell me about the the one 2nd from the top. The bone on that is superb.

Well... sunday - let me think the Moose #66 (of course), and a traditional bavarian fixed blade with stag handles (a round piece - I think it´s called antle) we call it a Jagdnicker. Today I wore traditional bavarian clothes. So the Jagdnicker had to go with me.

Kind regards

Please tell me this means lederhosen, with the little hat? Or am I in the wrong area of the country?

If so, pictures are in order. If you can be using a knife in the pictures, you could be a shoo-in for Duncan's giveaway!

:)

I just picked up this Chamblin Saddlehorn on the exchange. Its highly pocketable and she's hanging with me on a cloudy Sunday. I'm getting really jiggy with my taste in scales:D

By the way, this is a fantastic book for educating yourself on plants in your area that the native inhabitants made use of...

Hi ~P.!

Yes, you´re right. This means Lederhosen and so called Haferlschuhe (special kind of shoes). :)

Kind regards
Andi
