Thanks Dwight! Based on the tang numbers is either walnut or cherry; my guess is walnut:rolleyes:

That is a very fine old beauty! I love those old "hard snapping" jacks!

That's a cool TL-29 your toting today!;) Your mod came out awesome!

I'm in agreement with Amir Fleschwund Amir Fleschwund ! If I'm not mistaken your Utica is a pre WWII beauty;)

Your Sheffield gem certainly is photogenic; wonderful shot!:D

Have a fun filled fishing journey!;) I really admire Dexter-Russell with it's nearly 200 year U.S. Cut Co legacy; my favorite fixed slicers!
Thank you kindly.

After telling my Doctor what a good boy I’ve been, during my regular 6 month checkup, this is always my post-fasting repast. Every time.:)

Man, I LOVE the Chick-fil-a sandwich! Been eating it since the '70s, when they had potato salad instead of fries (fries are better). Still as good as ever.

That, my friend, is a wicked combo!!!!

I've got the SwissTank again. But I'm backing it up today with something far more traditional, and absurdly beautiful.

Functionally beautiful, or beautifully functional... you’re covered, Buzz.

Carrying this one today

This is what she looked like last night, after grinding but before a little dab of TruOil

Nice work! Is that what they call a scandi grind? You must have a steady hand and good eye.
I see some homage to the Schrade 165 trailing point hunting knife, and that’s a sincere compliment.

I was going to accuse you of lying to your doctor, but remembered that old thing about when you point at someone, there are three fingers pointing back at you.
I try to stay out of fast food joints anymore, but got my first taste of CFA last year in Denver. Not bad, and the muzak was the same stuff we play in our bands.
