What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

For the fourth July 22nd in a row, I'm carrying this Nifebrite #71 Bull Nose.

Three years ago, I had this knife in my pocket when our daughter, Eleanor, was born.

Since then, it's been my go-to carry for her birthday and any other special milestones. I've made a point to get a picture of her with the knife every year on her birthday, and I enjoy getting to share them with you all.

Here she was on her first birthday:

And last year on her second:

I am going to call your Ebony with another Ebony JohnDF JohnDF ! In my opinion, nothing beats nice Ebony handles, especially when combined with all steel hardware. Your Lambsfoot looks great. The jigged bone version is incredible, but that Ebony is off the charts! John Lloyd certainly uses good Ebony, and I also really like the San Mai blade. Thanks @John L !

She's the cutest knife nut on the Forum, Barrett! My caption for the last photo is, "Daddy, I'm ready to whittle!" Said as she is standing on whittle chips. :) I hope we get to see a picture of her every year with her knife.

Priceless Barrett! :D

Jawdropping combo.
Thank you! :)

I'll bet those tacos hit the spot, Tom, even on Sunday! And your blue Pioneer X marks the spot, too! ;):thumbsup:

I loaded up a different set of knives today to take me through next Sunday.

You’re correct and thank you! I saw your knife and was going to ask who made it but forgot. Don’t usually see too many Robeson’s covered in stag, nice one!

Miller Bro’s boy’s knife today.

Thanks, and nice old boys knife as well! To be frank, mine was rehandled by glenbad this past winter. It had black jigged composite scales originally.
