Got this AKC Swinguard in the mail this morning, and carried that at home all day. When I went out I went back to the 2011 EO

Congrats Mark. That's a great looking Stockman.

Thank you kindly! It is a real beauty. I had almost forgotten how big the Cattle Kings are, that's one hefty hunk o' knife.

While not exactly traditional, that has my whole-hearted approval! (My AKC Leverletto is always in my other pocket.;))

Kind of been drifting away from traditional carbon steel goodness lately. Felt like getting back to basics and this old ten dot Case jack just feels right tonight.

(and the Böker Plus Gnome, not pictured for not getting OT)

Kind regards

I just started carrying this #33 today. Thankfully today is a dry day, not like the flooding rain we had yesterday in Queens. My Elk #33 rode with me yesterday and the both of us were soaked despite the large umbrella.

That there knife has fancypants. :)

Those covers look to have some nice depth, with the shots of red, in real life.

Pure dumb luck, it was bought sight unseen. Not only are the scales pretty nice, but they also have good width. Not too thick, not too thin.
