Quite a nice little knife, although I do miss the FEEL of my slipjoint.

It's funny isn't it, I think for me the FEEL comes in when I am going to close the knife, with a slipjoint I usually close it with one fluid motion, many times one handed by keeping the spine of the blade against my hip. With a lockback and liner lock traditionals it seems to complicate this a little, either way I like em both, but there is definitely some kind of feeling that you can only get with a slipjoint.

All I had with me was my strop. The edge hung in there for a lot of use through the week. I can't wait to get home to my stones and really set the bevel right. Never had the chance before I left.
