What a magical glow!
That shot of the lamb reminds me of Mom's favorite small kitchen knife, a Henkels "produce knife" with a straight sheepsfoot blade. Dad insisted on trying to cut with the curved blunt back of it. Mom took it East one year and Aunt Marian did the same thing. "This is your favorite knife?" At least Aunt Marian didn't split her thumb pushing on the edge.

Best of umpteen bazillion. Lousy light this morning.
I have the same thing downstairs with a plastic handle, but I doubt I'll ever replace this one.
This is what I'm actually carrying (old pic). May be a bit much.

Amir Fleschwund Amir Fleschwund - The Bocote makes your TL-29 very special, Jeff.
Thanks, my friend! I got that, along with a chunk of Bubinga at a serious woodworker’s store awhile back. Both chunks are about 3x3x12. I started to sand one flat of the Bubinga, but found it to be extremely difficult to work. Gonna need to break out the power tools for that stuff.
I've had this little #25 that I recovered in my pocket since I finished it last weekend. Love this little knife!

I like the looks of that~ nice work!

I got snapped at this morning because Mrs Fleschwund couldn’t find her snowbrush to clean the snow off her car.
Truth be told, it was really because of my clutter on “her” side of the garage keeping her from parking inside. Oh well... since I won’t be blowing leaves with 4” of wet snow today, I guess I will be cleaning my garage today.

These two Schrades for now, but will switch to my large TEW lambfoot and Case trapper to carve the giant pumpkin with my daughter. View attachment 1223051

Today is the maiden voyage of my newly rebuilt Kutmaster electrician's knife. The screwdriver blade was broken, so I tore it down and put it back together as a single blade spear point. I haven't compared them side by side, but I think it's slightly larger than a GEC 15... I'll have to check.

Thanks, Dean (I see what you did there ;)).
Your Cattaraugus Barlow is always a welcome sight, and the photo of it in the tree with the red leaves and blue sky is a winner!:thumbsup::cool:
