What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Hi all, and thank you for the warm welcome.
I don't own much of the traditional knives but if you like I can post some pictures from our talented knife makers.

I use to have two KA-BAR stockman knives just like that; you'll really like it! One WWII veteran and one Vietnam veteran needed them more then I did!

I don't have any recent pics, but I am carrying this old girl today. I finally got around to bringing down the tip and putting an edge on her. I only put a working edge that shaves my fine arm hair uncomfortably, but I am kinda happy with it being that way for some reason.

I still cannot open that small pen blade without pliers. I guess I will just have to live with it. :)

I can see why, Jeff. Just flawless work on your knife and the entire knife flows perfectly. That edge is something to admire also, I would have a hard time using it much at first.

This evening I am carrying a Buck paperstone 112 in my pocket. I would likely have just stuck to using the sheath, but pinnah said he was pocketing his and I wanted to try that. Haven't carried it enough yet to reach a conclusion, but I think I definitely have to wear jeans to pocket it in comfort.

As usual, I find that Buck has produced a very serviceable knife for not much money.
