So today, I'm wearing my pockety pants so I can tote these "yellers", several of which were around when the movie was bringing us (some of us, that is) to tears.

Thanks GT! Yep, I found them at the knife show. The scout jumped out at me, from a case that had dozens of scout patterns. Rick @Railsplitter said "you have to buy that" after seeing it. The Winchester is also a beauty, and one of the few sowbelly examples that I have. In fact, carrying both of them today.

Carrying this dandy little Camillus pen knife today.
Today was the first time I ate an apple In probably 15 years if you can believe that, this little fella handled it like a champ.
A longer blade would have more appropriate but it wasn't a big deal.
Man them apples sure patina a blade fast don't they , I'll have to remember that.
Now that's what I'm talkin' about.Patina! You wanna talk about patina? Just give it some time. This one is from 1966:

BTW, Monroe Hardware was founded in 1886 by, among others, William Henry Belk (founder of Belk department store chain), with the first store in Monroe, N.C., opened in 1888. I got my knife from a buddy who was born and raised in Marshville, N.C., just to the east of Monroe. More on Monroe Hdwe: http://www.monroehardware.com/history
