What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Just got this in the mail yesterday. EDCing it for a while. One thing is for sure, it is going to be my work knife for a good long while. Rides great in the pocket, easily accessible with gloves on, great size and cuts nasty stuff like a champ. My prettier slippies will be for the evening and weekends. Very impressed.

Craftsman small stockman today (shown here with the Craftsman peanut -- well, technically dogleg jack).

Today I decided to go ahead and put this #79 Workhorse whittler in my pocket and give it a try...turns out I like it. It's not much thicker than the 2011 BF EO Jack, its about a liners thickness thicker. The secondary blades are made with very thin stock which is very nice, I imagine it will make a wonderful whittling knife.

The wood on that 73 is looking great Andi!

Well what are you waiting for, Vic? Whittle something up for us! :) Very nice knife.

Kevin, thank you :)

I carried it often the past few months. I gonna take some pics of the handle, if you want. The jigged wood is a great handle material. It´s much darker than it was in the beginning. :)

Thanks Kevin! I am working on it, busy at work these days and it seems when there is an off moment there's a million and one things to do around the house. Soon enough though I'll be heading up to our cabin and I should have a few quiet moments to whittle a stick or two :)

Work, work, work :)
